Carolyn Newell, KO’AN Spa Director, is a licensed professional with more than 12 years of experience in the medical/aesthetic industry. Carolyn has a diverse background which includes involvement in the establishment of a Skin Rejuvenation Program in a plastic surgery office setting in the Boston area, as well as traveling across the country as an educator and trainer for La Roche-Posay and Aesthetic Laser Inc for Chemical Peels and Microdermabrasion treatments.

Carolyn assisted in the development of the KO’AN Center and serves as its director. Her vision for the Center is to offer the highest standard of care, using state of the art technology, treatments, and skincare products. In addition to overseeing the Center’s daily operations, she also provides hands-on care performing all aspects of services from medical facials to camouflage makeup for post-surgical patients. Her goal for the KO’AN Center is to exceed, not just meet patients’ expectations.

Carolyn’s technical expertise includes certifications from Biomedic La Roche-Posay, DermaGenesis, Jane Iredale, Obagi, Thermage and Cynosure.
