By offering more frequent, less aggressive treatments, our medical experts help clients build and maintain a maximum level of health and beauty with optimum results.

KO’AN Services Cards also provide treatment flexibility to clients and doctors with state-of-the-art technologies, specialized products and services. KO’AN Referral Program

We appreciate your support and would like to extend an invitation for you to introduce a friend, family member or colleague to the KO’AN Center through our referral program. The greatest compliment we could receive is a referral from one of our valued patients.

Each time you refer someone new, whether it’s for services, gift certificates or products, give them your referral card. Upon their initial visit, they will present the card and you will receive 50% off your next treatment or purchase. They will also receive 10% off their initial visit.

For your convenience we have included two cards already for you. Referral cards can also be found at our reception desk. This card should be filled out with your name and contact information in order for KO’AN to identify you.

KO’AN Referral Program Questions and Answers

Q. Can I refer anyone?
A. Yes. You can refer a friend, spouse, family member, neighbor or business associate.

Q. Can I refer more than one person?
A. Absolutely! For every person you refer, you’ll both receive a discount on your treatments. Feel free to print and distribute as many KO’AN Referral Cards as you like.

Q. Can I refer someone who is an existing KO’AN Center patient?
A. Sorry. This program is designed to encourage new people to our Center.

Q. I have referred several people and now I have several 50% off (Discount) Gift Certificates. Can I combine them and do they expire?
A. Sorry, the 50% off (Discount) gift certificates cannot be combined. They will expire 1 year from the redeemed date of service.

Q. Are my 50% off (discount) gift certificates transferable?
A. Yes, you can share or transfer your certificate to another person. Simply give us a call to make the arrangements. 310.315.3022

Q. How will you know that I referred a particular person?
A. KO’AN referral cards have your name and contact information on them. Once we receive the referral we’ll instantly issue a 50% off gift certificate with your name and keep it on file.

Q. How will I know if/when my friend redeemed the KO’AN referral card?
A. We will call right away to notify you that you have a discount gift certificate waiting for you. If we have your email address, we’ll send you an email notification as well.
