Q. Can I refer anyone?
A. Yes. You can refer a friend, spouse, family member, neighbor or business associate.
Q. Can I refer more than one person?
A. Absolutely! For every person you refer, you’ll receive a $50.00 credit towards your next single treatment.
Q. Can I refer someone who is an existing KO’AN Center patient?
A. Sorry. This program is designed to encourage new people to our The Center.
Q. I have referred several people and now I have multiple $50.00 credits on my accounts. Can I combine them and do they expire?
A. Sorry, the $50.00 credit cannot be combined with any other credits and can only be used towards once per visit on a regular priced single treatment. However, the credit does not expire.
Q. How will you know that I referred a particular person?
A. When a patient mentions they were referred by one of our existing patients, KO’AN will keep track of the referral by crediting your account within our system. This can be used immediately towards your next regular priced single treatment.
Q. How will I know if I received a $50.00 referral credit?
A. We will call right away to notify you that your account has been credited because of your referral. If we have your email address, we’ll send you an email notification as well. |
